Why does the heating continue running even though the Timer

This answer was rated:

why does the heating continue running even though the Timer shows system is off?

Hello, my name is George..

Is the time set to the correct time of day... eg. 9am not 9pm?

Kindly be patient whilst awaiting any responses from me as I'm not constantly available.

Also, do you have the manual to reset the controller, or would you like a copy of it?

I have a manual

Ok Denise, can you check that the time of day is in the correct 12hr cycle on the timer please.
Customer: replied 2 years ago.

Hi George,

I am following the instructions on manual reset time and now using the factory reset times which seem Ok to me however not sure about the 5/2 day or 7 day?

You need to choose which setup you wish to follow:

You can select either set the programmer to:
5/2 day - One set of programmes for weekdays and another for weekends
7 day - A different settings for each day of the week.
24 hour - One set of programmes for the whole week.

If you are in the house for most of the week then the 24hr setting would be best for you
