Welcome, my name is ***** ***** I will be helping you with your problem today. If anything isn't clear, please just ask me.

Did the machine stop full of water?
Are you able to pull the machine out from under the counter?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.

Have emptied the machine and yes can pull it out from under the counter

Hi Jane

This fault is indicatingthat water has leaked into the base of the machine

Turn off the power
Pull the machine out and remove rear panel

Inside there will be water collected
Dry this up and the machine should reset
If it re occurs, you have a leak and will need to locate this and fix it

Can I ask you to take a moment and rate my responses so far? Please use the smiley faces / stars, which you should now see. Please remember you are rating me personally, not the website or the problems you have had with this machine.
