Can you supply the full ENR & FD from the top metal part of the door please.

Kindly be patient whilst awaiting any responses from me as I'm not constantly available.

Thanks for that Bob.. Can you tell me if you can hear a light buzz from the right side of the appliance?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.

Yes there is a wirring noise but no action, it goes through the cycle fills and drains but the water arms do not spin

OK Bob, if you open the door, can you confirm that there actually is water in the appliance?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.

yes there is still water in the appliance

Ok Bob, then either you have a jammed wash motor, or the 5mf capacitor that drives your wash motor is defective
Customer: replied 2 years ago.

are these expensive?

The capacitor p/n: 00055114 £20.50

The Wash Motor comes in several pieces.. some parts are less than £15 but some are over £120.

If you take off the front of the motor, you may find that a piece of glass is jamming the impeller and it only requires the removal of that blockage to work again.

Investigation before purchase is very prudent in this case i'm afraid Bob

Ok thanks will have a look, but I think the dishwasher is 10 years old, so may be a new one
