Customer Question

I have an LG GR359SQ fridge freezer, and lately ice has formed on the floor of the freezing compartment - impossible to remove bottom drawer until it thaws. Any solution?

Hello, my name is George..

You will need to turn off the appliance for 24hrs with the door open... This will allow the freezer evaporator to fully defrost..
Put towels on the floor in order to soak any water coming from the melting ice.

Once the freezer is defrosted, if you come back to me we can investigate the cause of this.

Kindly be patient whilst awaiting any responses from me as I'm not constantly available.

Freezer now turned off - not at home for a while, so it will be off for more than 24 hours. Will come back to you then.
