Hello, my name is George..

Can you tell me if the lights are on solid or are they flashing?

Also, can you give me the code of the washer from the label inside the door.

Kindly be patient whilst awaiting any responses from me as I'm not constantly available.

Hi Debbie,

Firstly, ensure that the water is switched on at the tap supplying the appliance.

Second, ensure that the spiggot to which the drain hose is attached is open and has not got a stopper in it.

Third, ensure that there are no objects stopping the impeller of the pump rotating.
