Bosch classixx dishwasher. impeller is spinning but the pump

Bosch classixx dishwasher. impeller is spinning but the pump doesnt remove the water. Have emptied all water cleaned out the base including removing all water with a sponge and pulling the clear rubber valve out and replacing but will fill but not drain. do i need a new pump?

Hi, welcome to Just answer ... have you also checked the float as that might be causing this problem, with the dishwasher unplugged pull it out and lay it on its back by around 45 degrees so that excess water drains out ... if the problem is sstill there then it is the pump that will need replacement ... please get back with the model number of the appliance
