We have a new Neff dishwasher S51 E60 XOGB/35 and it is taking

Customer Question

We have a new Neff dishwasher S51 E60 XOGB/35 and it is taking 3hours plus to finish a wash on eco 50. Does it depend on how full the machine is?
We have no manual so need help.
Are the other programmes shorter...they dont seem to be when we have used them.

If the cycle is taking that long to complete then its down to a fault in there not the way its loaded.
This is usually down to a heating problem when this happen so it doesnt reach the full temperture so it washes for longer then it should to try and work.
For this fault its either down to the heater unit or the control board itself as the heater relay in there fails and stops it from heating fully.
But untill the heating fault is fixed the wash cycles will take a lot longer to work then they should. This happens on all the cycles so once thats fixed the timming will go back to normal from there and work.
So im afraid this is isnt down to a loading issue its more then likely a heating fault in there.
