Hello, my name is George..

Can you tell me the appliance ENR please.. This will be on a label inside the door opening.

Kindly be patient whilst awaiting any responses from me as I'm not constantly available.

ENR# ***** FD 8802 601464

Thank you Christine...

The F21 fault code for this model indicates a problem with the motor.. The problem is likely to be that the carbon brushes of the motor need changing.

After doing this you will need to reset the appliance to rid it of the fault code before it will operate again.

thank you. Are these brushes readily available and are they easy to replace or will it take an engineer to do the Job

You are welcome Christine,

The brushes are available from various places but it is always best to buy original Bosch ones
