I have a Delonghi DFSo90DO oven and the main oven selector

I have a Delonghi DFSo90DO oven and the main oven selector switch has burnt out three times in two years. Could something else be causing this to happen ?
Hello My name is Ian ~ I am not on the site constantly so please be patient whilst waiting for responses to you queries - on the selector switch it is nearly always that the original push on connectors are loose on the spades of the switch, this causes arcing which generates over time enough heat to melt the selector. Its is always prudent to replace spade connectors when replacing a switch assembly. The only other common fault is where poor quality replacement switches are supplied instead of the genuine product.
