Good Morning, In the middle of an "easycare" washing cycle

This answer was rated:

Good Morning,
In the middle of an "easycare" washing cycle water spread rapidly across the kitchen floor.
I switched off and drained the machine - Exxcel7 1200 - which is 6 years old.
The leak appears to be from the machine rather than the inlet or outlet pipes.
Advice please/ service engineer?
