Hi , check the ato air vent is open and the cap is loose, check all isolation valves on incoming pipes are open, check the pump is bled and rotor impellor rotating freely,check that heat is flowing into pioework and out from boiler.

All is operational now, there was a lot of air had accumulated in the system. I drained down and re-filled from the lowest point bleeding as it filled. Thanks again
