Hello, my name is George..
Can you tell me if the fan is running?
Kindly be patient whilst awaiting any responses from me as I'm not constantly available.

Hi George thanks for responding, I have now spoken to Dimplex customer services, seems as there is a common fault with the transducers on these fires, which causes this very problem. I have yet to test the fan as it will cause a simular problem . I will let you know.

Did you meter the fan for resistance, or check the supply lines to the fan for incoming power?
What model is yours? It will be on a label on the rear panel
