Hello, my name is George..
Can you tell me the PNC from the label inside the door please
Kindly be patient whilst awaiting any responses from me as I'm not constantly available.

When you select a program, shut the door, and press the start button, do you hear a click at the door area?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
Yes, there are no error codes displayed either
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
Sorry no there is no click once the door is shut and button pressed
Then you have failure of the electric door lock or the pcb that controls it...
Most of the time this can be resolved by just replacing the door lock.
Do you need help finding the part numbers?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
No thanks it was working ok the following morning so it's ok and cost me money for nothing
I wouldn't say that you have wasted your money for nothing.. Just because it started working again doesn't mean that it is ok...
A faulty lock is still faulty even when it starts working again, and it can give up again at any time whilst using it, with catastrophic consequences.. If it does give up and does so in the wrong way, then it will damage the pcb.
Check the wiring at the plug that enters the lock.. You are checking for damage caused by heat or bad connections.
I would not keep using it until the door lock has been changed
