Our TV (purchased 2011) refuses to start having stopped during a programme. All efforts to restart produce a rapid flashing green light for a few seconds and then it shows a red light flashing four times then a pause then repeats the four flashes and so on.
We can find no reference to this type of failure in the manual so would you advise please on what action we should take.
