Thanks for that. What actually happens if you set it higher then the 30 degs? Will it fill with water and does it start to wash?

Ok so its just not heating that's all. I take it its still filling ok and washing? If so then its possibley either the heater itself, wiring or the timer unit. What you need to do is pull the washer out and remove the back panel.There you will see the heater at the back of the drum at the bottom.Check the wires are still attached in there. If they are then you need to test the heater for continuity. It should be around 28 Ohms. If faulty then the heater will need to be replaced. But if the heater and wiring is fine then it more then likely the timer unit here at fault as theres a heater relay on there which can fail and cause this kind of fault. So check them and see what you find and let me know. Regards
