My AUBE TH232 programable thermostat is not working over 19

my AUBE TH232 programable thermostat is not working over 19 degrees. Occasionally two flame icons appear but soon click off. It is controlling our underfloor heating in main room. the thermostat is one year old it used to work .

no it doesn't work at a lower temp in fact it clicks on occasionally but doesn't stay on very long, certainly it doesn't get to the required temp. it is exactly one year old.

we have the same thermostats in three other rooms and they are all working successfully.

I would try to get it replaced free from the manufacturer.You can reach them by the customer service # ***** the warranty card and in the user guide if you still have them.If not please call them at : Honeywell.
