Hi, I have a neff integrated dishwasher. When we put it on any of the wash cycles it has stopped reaching the end of the cycle and just keeps going. when the rinse cycle is selected it does reach the end.
Is there a reset function or something else we can do? Thank you
Im afraid this isn't a case of a reset. This is a classic heating fault that's causing this problem.
As on rinse cycle it doesn't use the heater hence why it completes unlike the main wash which does.
This is either the heater or the control board at fault here. What you need to do if checking this yourself is remove the outer door unit and there you will see the control board.
Remove this and open the casing and remove the board. Check it for burn marks or dry joints on there as the heater relay can burn. If there is a dry joint then try and resolder it and see if this cures it.
If that looks ok then you need to pull the dishwasher out and remove the right hand side and there you will see the heater deep in the middle of the dishwasher. You need to test the heater with a multi meter if you have one and if faulty replace it from there.
But for the fault you describe this is a heating fault here im afraid.
