The flame effect on my Demplex BIZET BZT20/20N fire keeps going off. to switch it back on I have to switch of at mains, wait a few seconds and switch on again. It stays on for approx 4 hours each time.
Hello, my name is George..
When was the appliance purchased?
Kindly be patient whilst awaiting any responses from me as I'm not constantly available.

Purchased my fire in October 2014
Ok.. Can you tell me EXactly what happens from the time that you turn it on to the time it goes off, and what happens when it does go off..
Also, can you tell me if you still have the receipt.

The fire will switch on from the remote but not off. The fire cuts out after about 4hours and the only way to switch on again is by switching off at the wall socket waiting a few seconds and then switching on again. I have replaced batteries in the remote.
The FP08004 Control PCB is faulty.. This will need replacement.
Before you do this I suggest you ring GDC who are the manufacturers to see if they will replace the broken part for you due to its young age.

Thank you. Armed with this information I will contact manufactures. I do have receipt, unfortunately the appliance is just out of warranty.
The manufacturers will sometimes help you if the appliance is only just out of warranty.
Please remember to rate the assistance I have given you if you have not already done so.
