2015. During the Christmas additional usage we noticed dribble marks running down the inside of the large oven glass door.
If this a regular occurance? Is it possible to clean ourselves or do we need to call out a Neff technician
Thank you

Sometimes you can spill things and it runs down between the doors. Its quite common on ovens.
Now if you are handy at fixing things yourself you can remove the door and split it and clean the glass from there.
To remove the door you need to pull the door down.
Look at the hinge were it goes into the oven and theres a U clip on there. Lift this up on both sides and it will lock the hinges in place and go to close the door and it will lift out from there.
Now with the door off look at the bottom and theres a few screws there.
Remove them and then you can split the outer glass away from the door inner frame and then you can clean it from there.
That's the only way you can split the door and clean the glass from there on these.
