Ice forms on the bottom of the freezer.
We cannot find a drain hole for the water. Is there one.?
Can you identify the problem?
Thank You
Hello, my name is George..
If you go to the rear of the appliance you will see a large black compressor at the base.. On the top of this compressor will be a condensate tray into which the water you are finding at the base of the freezer should flow.. Above the tray is a tube that comes from the inside of the freezer.. The likelihood is that the tube is blocked or that water in the tube has frozen before being drained through.
You can fully defrost the freezer if frozen, or remove the plastic cover for the evaporator at the top of the freezer to access and unblock the tube.
Kindly be patient whilst awaiting any responses from me as I'm not constantly available.
