Ok what you need to do is fully remove the top oven door and refit it back into place.Theres 2 types of hinges so it goes of the serial number so I will list both ways. Open the top oven door fully. Then look at the hinges were it goes into the oven cavity. If your hinge on the door has a disc towards the top of the hinge in the door use a flat screwdriver and twist the disc round so it locks the hinges in place, Do this on both hinges and then once they have locked go to close the door and then you can lift the door off.Once off you need to refit it back in now.Insert the long part of the hinge into the oven cavity and then insert the small parts in and then the door will drop down and sit into place. You need to do both at the same time. Then fully open the door and then you can unlock the hinge and that should sort that out from there. If your hinge doesn't have the disc part on it then look at the hinge were it goes into the oven cavity with the door open and you will see a U clip. Lift this up on both sides and it will lock the hinge into the place and then you can do the same as above and that should refit the door from there for you. Let me know how it goes. Regards
