I have a Samsung WD806U4SAGD washer dryer machine, which needs its waste hose replaced (has holes on the side).
My questions are:
what is the replacement part number?
where to order it online (couldn't find samsung's own spare parts store, and not sure about espares)?
what's the procedure to replace it (I'm interested in obtaining the whole service manual, as have a tracked record of fixing my own appliances)?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
Ok, I have obtained the part, therefore the first two questions are answered.
Please tell me about how to open the washer drier to replace the waste hose!
Many thanks!
Hi, thanks for your question. Tip your washer about 45 degrees back, let me know if your machine is open at the bottom as some are.If not you will need to remove the rear panel to access that hose clamp;-)In any case, I will stick with you until this is complete. Please rate my service thus far. Also it is the only way I am credited for my time and expertise with you.Once you rate, I will be notified and will add your question to my priority list so you can reach me anytime until this problem is solved. Then you can reach me by simply replying to this message anytime.Thank you and have a great day! Also please watch this video: Michael

I have checked this out, there is a plate covering the bottom, however, it has a smaller plate (around 16" by 20") screwed onto it, under which there might be an opening for service purposes. As far as I could see, there were 8 retaining screws for the smaller panel.
Hi, have you watched the 2 videos? Did they help at all?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
Hi Michael,
I watched them, thanks. With some minor differences, they helped; however the waste hose pipe location wouldn't allow removal from the front, I had to remove the bottom plate I was writing about to be able to remove the clamp and get the pipe out. I think it'll be fine now; thanks for your help!
Hi let me knwo if you need more assistance or if you still need to get that clamp off?Tech Michael
