Washer/dryer is tripping electric. Disconnect earth to condenser

Washer/dryer is tripping electric. Disconnect earth to condenser unit on top of drum and machine runs ok, but not safe. what do you thing is causing it to trip?

Thanks for that. For this fault most of the time its the dryer heater that causes this fault. Look at the top of the dryer chamber and there you will see dryer heater. It has to brass nuts holding it on. Disconnect the wires on there ad tape them up.Then reconnect the earth wire onto the chamber and turn it on and see if it stops the tripping. If it dos then the dryer heater is the fault here and will need to be replaced to cure this. Try that and see what happens and let me know. Regards
