Hi Michael, my Zanussi ZDC 47209W stops after 30 seconds and the forward light goes green. Any idea what the problem is?
Hi Lets see what the error code is. Set it going on a cycle and then you need to press and hold the start button and the button to the left of it.Keep them both held in and after a few seconds the error code will come up. If you have a display screen it will show E??If no screen then the start button will flash red and green.Count the number of red flashes then the number of green and let me know. Regards

It flashes 8 red, then 2 green before continuously flashing green. Thanks
Thanks for that. For the lights you have this is error code E82. Now im afraid this is nearly always down to the control board in there that causes this fault. But what you can try first if you havent is remove the plug from the socket completey and leave it 30 minutes as this can allow the control unit to reset itself. Then plug it back in and see how it goes from there. But if after that its still the same then the main control board is the issue here and will need to be replaced if you wanted this fixing. Sorry its not good news but if you need anymore info just get back to me. Regards
