Hi, welcome to Just Answer. My name is ***** ***** I look forward to helping you! Please know that I am not compensated for my time by the site until you rate using the stars at the top of your page. A rating is appreciated once we get to the solution for your appliance issue, thanks! The D13 means that the unit overheated and is now in a safety shutdown mode. Most oftentimes, the heater relay has stuck in the closed position, causing the element to stay on when it should not have. Did the inside seem hot?

No I don't think the inside was hot
It may have cooled down or the sensor is faulty. Do you have a meter to perform testing with?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I have a test light
We would need to be able to test for resistance or continuity on the tub thermostat and the sensor.

It looks like I need a technical expert or will a test light do anything ??
A test light will not work and there is moderate disassembly required. It may be best to have it looked at.
