I have a ferroli Modena 102 and the water pressure gauge has risen to the maximum, number 4 on the dial, how can I get this back to between 1 - 1.5 as it should be?

Hi, bleed some water from a radiator bleed valve into a pot until the pressure drops to around 1.2

thank you I did what you said, the pressure dropped a bit but it's clear I will have to drain more water from the system to get the pressure down.

Ok, if you have a drain off cock you could use that, but they tend to leak a bit. Put some towels under the hose connection
