Bought my Bissell 53W1 4 days ago and used it today

Customer Question

Bought my Bissell 53W1 4 days ago and used it today for first time. Managed to clean two rooms without any problems. Turn the machine off and removed water tank for 3 hours. When I turned it back on to clean the next room it started hemeraging water from the bottom. I removed the water tank and then replaced it, still leaking lots of water.. Please can you help.

When you replaced the tank, did you push it downwards to push the nozzle into the seal?
