just found this number on the back ENR W5420XOGB/18PD8809200239
Thanks thats great. I just wanted to make double sure i am giving you the correct error code and on that model this will be the correct error code. The flashing lights you have means water is in the base of the washer activating the flood switch which is causing this fault you have. What you need to do is pull the washer out from under the unit and you need to then lean it backwards 45 degrees as this will allow the water to drain out from the base of the washer.Once the water is out the flood switch will reset itself and clear the flashing lights. Then retry the washer and see how it goes from there. Hopefully that will sort it. But if it happens again then there is a water leak in there which you need to find and fix to cure this. But thats what the error code means that you have so try that and see how it goes from there. Regards
