My Siemens XLP1400 front loader is showing an F12 error.

Customer Question

Hi, My Siemens XLP1400 front loader is showing an F12 error. I've drained it (black tube and unscrewed the white plug next to it). I've gone to start it again , and it makes a small groan before coming up with F12 again ?

Hi Good morning, sorry for the delay. This means there is water in the base of the machine. There are a few things we will need to go over to be sure this one is fixed properly.First unplg the machine and make sure the drum is empty of any water. Then tip the machine towards you to about 45 degrees and hold it like that for 20 seconds then place it back and try the washer once again. Please let me know how that goes and, I will stick with you until this is complete. Please rate my service thus far. Also it is the only way I am credited for my time and expertise with you.Once you rate, I will be notified and will add your question to my priority list so you can reach me anytime until this problem is solved. Then you can reach me by simply replying to this message anytime.Thank youSincerelyTech Michael
