Hello Dawn, my name is George,

Can you tell me the Brand and the Model of the appliance please.. You will find this on a label somewhere on the appliance; normally behind the oven door on the oven surround

Thanks.. Give me a short while whilst I gather the information I need

What ring was the pan on please Dawn?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
on the back right

Looking at the diagrams, you have likely got water into the cooling fan, or the circulation fan from the position you say the pan was in...

If you turn off the power to the appliance, you could remove the back panel and use a hair dryer to heat both of those fans to dry them out.
