Our washing machine, seems to have caught some in the door. It was put on a 30minute cycle and water has leaked everywhere. We have paused the cycle which has leaked out most of the water but we can't get the door to unlock? How can we do this?

If the door still isnt opening then you need to select a spin only cycle and this will drain the water out.

Once the water has drained out stop the washer and and wait a few minuites and the door will then release and allow you to open the door.

It will be because water is still inside the washer thats why the door wont open.

Try that and see what happens and let me know.
