Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Did that several times. In held the start/stop in for several minutes. There is a 0 in the display

I am sorry but I have really bad signal where I am and I phone call would be difficult.

Has the machine got water in it?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
0 in display and no water in it. Door can be open or closed

If an 0 is displayed that means it has finished its program

That may be so but I can't change to a new program. I can't do anything with it. It is about 8 weeks old.

Do you get any E number appear when you try to select a program.

What happens if you try and select a new program?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
No E number just a zero in the display and unable to change program

Has it worked ok until recently?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.

Ok have you tried turning it off at the plug socket for a couple of minutes and giving it a chance to reset. I do feel though that after 8 weeks of use it should not need resetting, I am worried that it may be something more serious.
