May I have the full model # ***** your Air conditioner?

Also how old it is?

And is it that right now the water collects in the bucket, indoors?

Thank you

My friend came round this morning and took cover off and said it seems to be coming out of the pipe side of theradiator
is this any help

Hi thanks for that.

Are you saying its leaking out?

Are there any cracks in the water container that you can see? or is it full?

Thank you

Tech Michael

its 3 years old tomorrow.
Yes its leaking all over the place.
I don't know if the there are any cracks and I can't get up the see, I am 79 years old and not in the best of health

Oh I see, it sounds like the container is just full and leaking. Its been hot and humid so it is pulling a lot of moisture out of the air, and now its over full is all. I know this one well .

You need to get someone to empty the the container. If you want you can have them also get a hose that will drain it outside of a window so you dont have this problem anymore;-)

In any case, I will stick with you until this is complete.

Please rate my service kindly.

Also it is the only way I am credited for my time and expertise with you.
