MYchest freezer has justbeen moved and when connectthe socket outlet did not reconnect, I have changed the fuse and on doing so a loud bang occurered. Is it possible to have a replacement motor fitted if this one cannot be repaired. Model no.TC133. Thank you.

I can not find that model in the database.

Nevertheless, it is possible that it is just the cable that has been damaged or shorted..

From which area of the appliance was the bang that you heard?

Can you tell me the PNC or Product Code of the appliance?
