L have a built in aeg coffee machine, l have always descaled

l have a built in aeg coffee machine, l have always descaled when the computersed screen tells me to..... I NOW GET ERROR MESSAGESit it tells me the coffee has been ground too fine... [ ive never used ground coffee..only beans ] or it might say choose language and press press ok and it comes back with the same message again..
The machine wont rinse...make coffee or steam at all...........HELP
