This answer was rated:

The Dual Grill switch on my 720 EF Model###-##-####was wobbly so I purchased a replacement from Gemeni. The replacement was identical except that the two fixing screws were positioned horizontally (originally vertical). The part could still be mounted as both screw positions were accommodated.
I fitted the replacement with the wires in the same position as the original.
The switch only operates either full on or off and cannot be regulated by the fascia knob.

Did you fit it yourself or did you have someone come in and do it for you?

If it was you was the wiring the same or did it come as a conversion?

I fitted it. The connections on the replacement were identical to the original.

Ok normally when you get this problem its either a faulty regulator or the wiring is different from the original switch.

As its a new switch i dont think it will be a fault switch.

On the switches there will be a part number on the switch themselfs. Can you let me know the numbers of both switches please.
