Customer Question

Our Beko freezer failed and the contents melted. It wasn't a power failure - though there was a violent thunderstorm on Thursday evening.
The compressor stopped working, but after I put the fast-freeze mode in use it came alive and the temp has dropped to -22.
The red warning light did not come on.
Do you think it safe to continue using?

Hi it sounds like all that happened was a power glitch that made the computer circuit inside the fridge act up. It sounds like it is fine now, and yes it is still safe to operate ;-)

In any case, I will stick with you until this is complete.
