just purchased a RSG5UUMH Fridge Freezer and it is not cooling fridge is reading 12 and freezer 14 we have not connected the water supply yet, Any ideas

I let it rest in its permanent site before putting on the power

Ok thats not a good thing ;(

Please unplug the unit and let it sit upright for 24 hours before using it.

The oil in the system is now blocking the freon for flowing correctly. That shoudl do it ;-)

About half an hour transportation from buying to home it then stood upright for around 10 days in my garage before being moved 5 metres to kitchen it had to slightly tilted to get through doorway I then let it rest again for 2 hours before connecting the power.

It is as good as new and never been used but I didn't buy it from a store. It was sold as seen by auction and has been slightly dented on the one door and a few scratches. In other words I got it cheap

It may be low on freon, that would cause this, but...if that is the case there is a tiny leak so that needs to be pressure checked with a dye they would put into the system.

Or if the compressor isn't running at all, it could be just a start relay on the compressor, easy change, or it could be just the thermostat?

I 'll help you check all this if you are handy and have a multimeter?
