My DeLonghi coffee maker is leaking water from around the outlet from the boiler. Is it likely to be a faulty gasket, or something more serious?

Hello Michael
My coffee maker is a De Longhi ECOV 310 BG, almost 2 years old. The water seems to be leaking from the external circumference of the chrome outlet from the boiler. Thanks for your helpArthur Rainey

Thanks Arthur,

There are a few places that could be leaking. In order to know where the leak is, I need you to take the unit apart just enough so you can tell me what part is actually leaking.

Once I know that, I will tell you what to buy and where to purchase that part. Then I will help you replace it ;-)

In any case, I will stick with you until this is complete.

Please rate my service kindly.

Also it is the only way I am credited for my time and expertise with you.

Once you rate, I will be notified and will add your question to my priority list so you can reach me anytime until this problem is solved.

Then you can reach me by simply replying to this message anytime.

Thank you and have a great Sunday Arthur!
