May I have the full model # of your fridge?Also how old it is?

And, is there any heavy frost on the inside rear wall in the Freezer?

It is approx 5 years old.
No frost on inside of freezer - freezer seems fine.

Hi the sticker should be on one of the inside walls in the fridges section.

Ok, you need to defrost this one for 24 hours UNPLUGGED with the doors open for a reset.

Once is complete, you can wipe up any standing water inside on the floors on the fridge and freezer sections.

Then plug it in and close the doors.

Give it about 4 hours to see if the fridge temp recovers. It should be fine. If not please let me knwo and we will go further then If you need a part I will tell you and also where the best place to get that would be and I will help with the replacement if you do end u needing a part.

In any case, I will stick with you until this is complete.

we haven't solved the problem so what rating would you like?

Hi Im sure that will solve this one, but if it doesn't you will need a new servo air gate that goes between the freezer and fridge compartments. It easy to replace no soldering required either, it simply plugs in. But most times this reset and defrost will take care of this issue. Just make sure it is unplugged for the duration of the defrost time 24 hours.
