What is your advice....get the jets changed or buy a new hob. Also is it safe to use in the meantime? Thanks Maria

Change the jets as they are only £23 unlike a new hob which is quite expensive.

If you remove the burners and look in the center of if hob where the gas comes out you will see a brass nut. Thats the jets so its a case of swapping them over. You will need the model number to get the correct ones though.

Also as to being safe to use then im afraid its not. Personally i wouldnt use it as with the wrong jets in the gas burns at the wrong pressure so its not really safe to use im afraid.
