normally run it overnight on the cycle for wash / rinse/ spin / dry. For a second time this year we have had ongoing problem of cycle stopping with an F13 warning when wash is still damp. The first time the Engineer simply reprogrammed the machine which solved the problem for 3 months only. This time the Engineer has found the filter clogged and cleared it.
He has advised us not to use the full cycle in future but run wash cycle and dry cycles independantly. This takes away a key facility that was a main reason why we bought the machine. Is he right?

Hello Brian,

I'm not going to spend a lot of time on this question as it is very low payment, however, the answer to your question is simply NO.

F13 is a fault in the system of the dryer, namely the NTC or the PCB that controls it.

Drying independently will not effect any change to the situation.
