i have a Rangemaster 110 Gas. i went to change the time last night as the clocks went back. Now I have a big problem the tappets you press are now stuck in and my clock is flashing 000 and my ovens don't work. Do I need a technician as I have been trying for 2 hours.

Hi, I am sorry to hear that.

This very well could need a new cock control board.

But try one thing first because sometimes they simply glitch electronically due to the processor inside.

Please turn off power at the mains for 30 full minutes.

Then flip it back on. Let me know if you can set your clock now?

If that works Great!

If not then Yes you will need a Technician to replace that part for you.

Or you could do that with my help, there is no soldering required to replace this clock.

It all simply plugs into the wiring harness.

Thankyou for your help I have manage to get the clock going with a tooth pick so at least I have an oven working. Many thanks for your quick response. If I have anymore problems I will call for a technician.
