Can you advise of the model number of the freezer?

SU means super freeze is enabled, which may mean you have inadvertently switched it on when trying to clear the alarm, so press the Super freeze button again to turn it off at which point SU should disappear from the display.

With regards ***** ***** alarm light this suggests the freezer is too warm, it could be a faulty sensor but equally could be the temp is only -5 rather than -15, do you have a freezer thermometer you can use to check the internal temp?
