Our BEKO WME8227B will not start the cycle. The orange lit

Our BEKO WME8227B will not start the cycle. The orange lit screen doesn't display much when you switch cycles either. Sometimes its nothing and others its 0000

Try this and see what happens.

Turn the washer off.

Turn the dial to the cottons cycle.

Then press and hold the start button.

Keep that held in and turn the washer on.

After about 5 seconds let go and all the screen should be lit up.

Does it do this?

Then just turn it back off from there.

It pops up with E 10 the whole screen lights up

Sorry for the delay just had to pop out.

E10 is a door lock trica fault. Baiscally its a fault on the control board. As the board isnt lighting up fully during normal use and give you have the E10 error code then im afraid its all pointing to a faulty control board.

The control board will need to be replaced to cure this im afraid.
