Customer: we have a Samsung DV70F5E0HGW Condenser Tumble Dryer
Assistant: Can you guesstimate how old your Samsung is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?
Customer: 8/nov 13 bought from ***** *****
Assistant: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: at this moment i have no idea whats happening so would think its beyond me
Assistant: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: the last time it worked there was an unbalanced drying load and since then it hasn't worked its switches on and all the electronics seem to be fine but the cylinder doesn't turn its not jammed as i can physically turn it
