We have an AEG induction cooker model491761W-MN. On Sunday

Customer Question

We have an AEG induction cooker model491761W-MN. On Sunday we tried to alter the clock following the manual but the + and- were slow. They did work but slowly. We left it and used the oven but the temp would not go down below 170. We thought, turn it off for a period of time. We did 12 hours. Put it back on and it's set at 12.00. The red clock is flashing but although the hob works nothing on the Cooker side will work no matter how many times we press and hold the on off, nothing happend. Why please?

Turn the oven off at the mains and leave it 30 seconds.

Then turn it back on and then press and hold the + or - button to set the time.

Once its set let go of the button and wait a few seconds and it will lock the time in.

Then see if the oven works from there and let me know.
