Hi Julian,

If your confident its charging properly it would suggest the battery needs replacing yes.

How old is the cleaner, and whats the model number?

Customer: replied 4 months ago.
I believe our Bosch Athlet is four years old

I thought that this was a service from Bosch so do not need any further cost to be involved having paid £10
Thank you

Hi Julian,

We are a third part expert firm (not part of Bosch), no additional cost is required for us to provide you details of the replacement part etc, however the new battery itself would be at an additional cost.

Can you confirm if you still would like assistance in locating the replacement part?

Customer: replied 4 months ago.
We have now purchased a replacement
No idea what to do with the faulty item
We join the waste makers !
