I have a panasonic microwave which sometimes does not work

Customer Question

Hi I have a panasonic microwave which sometimes does not work when the room temperature is below 15-20 degrees celcius, i am unable to select program and sometimes just continually beeps until power is switched off and on again. It appears that this may be temperature related since if i warm up the internals of the microwave with a heat gun or hair drier set to hot air blow the microwave starts to work ok
