If you have water dripping down there then the drain gutter inside the freezer will be blocked. So the defrost water cannot drain out to the back so instead it overflows and leaks into the fridge section, Ive seen this many times on these.

The best way to cure this is a full defrost. Empty the freezer and fridge and turn it off and leave the doors open for 24 hours.

This will allow the ice in the drain gutter to defrost and clear the drain hole.

After 24 hours turn it back on and this should be back to normal from there.

Or another way is turn off and empty the freezer.

Then from there remove the back cover inside the freezer.

There you will see the metal evaporator, Under there is the drain gutter.

You need to pore boiling water in there and melt the ice.

Now this isnt the easyist way as there isnt much access to the drain gutter as the ice will be stopping the evaporator from moving and you can end up flooding the place as well.

So the best and easyer way for this is the 24 hour defrost so try that and see how it goes from there.
